joe biden is confident the supreme court will upheld the healthcare reform law. and he said so. he told bob schieffer he wouldn't speculate what would happen if the court would knock down the law. he said he didn't want to talk about something he didn't believe would happen. the supreme court is scheduled to vote on the healthcare law today but we're not going to hear what their decision is for a couple months. it's going to take that long for the justices than their clerks to form late their opinions and put them down and they may change with time. the next republican presidential primary is tuesday in wisconsin. that's where eyes are focused. they'll be inviting in d.c. and maryland but wisconsin is the big one. poll ahead of santorum, and if romney wins the nomination which looks likely he's quite a slog against president obama 52-35%, he's got 13% voters undecided but doing very well with women in wisconsin a 25-point lead, 55-30. part of mitt romney's problem may be that voters want him to connect more. they want him to be more human. the "new york times" reporting today th
